             Executive Chef P' Yao started working at Miss Thailand Cuisine in July 2006, and in January 2009 took over all daily operations.  P' Yao occasionly returns to Thailand to visit with friends and family, but her heart is always in Miss Thailand.

            P' Yao opened the doors of Miss Thailand Cuisine in the winter of 2009, after working through the ranks since 2006. Before she created her first dish, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Diners agree...Miss Thailand Cuisine is Stoney Creek's best Thai food.
